With more than 25 years experience in international banking, she is able to help customers build the best banking network and solution to support them.
Marina Michael
Marina’s aim is to provide the highest level of corporate legal service to our clients from Inception to the Exit Strategy. She has extensive expertise and exposure in corporate and commercial law and has been exposed to various international transactions, multinational corporate structures and multi-leveled structure re- organisations by working for more than a decade with some of the biggest corporate conglomerates on a global level.
CONSTANTINOS MARKOU
Constantinos’ aim is to strategize a worldwide operation, taking into consideration Tax aspects, and supporting our clients in the process of building their mid and long term business plans. Such worldwide implementation is structured in order to ensure agile, creative and entrepreneurial business growth. He is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant and holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) from the UK’s Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). He used to lecture on Cyprus Taxation to ACCA students. Constantinos is a former member and secretary of the Tax and VAT committee of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association as well as a member of CISI’s national council in Cyprus. He qualified with a top 50 accountancy firm in Cyprus and worked for one of the biggest corporate service providers in the region.
